Your athletes will be able to build their soccer skills faster and avoid costly injuries by using this foundational program.
What’s Included

Every athlete starts with a short movement screen to identify mobility, stability, and control issues linked to performance or injury risk.
Movements are recorded on video and analyzed to highlight key strengths and imbalances.
Parents and athletes receive a visual summary showing exactly where the athlete can improve.

Athletes will be trained through a research-based warm-up program tailored to their needs, focused on movement quality, coordination, and control.
Each warm-up will be completed in the first 20 minutes of each practice. A modified warm-up will be included for games.
Consistent implementation improves strength, balance, and body awareness, helping avoid preventable injuries.

Each athlete receives targeted exercises and coaching cues based on their individual screen results.
Follow-up assessments track progress and ensure each athlete is building a strong athletic foundation.
